Ammonium Aluminum Sulfate [NH4Al (SO4) 2] is a colorless, clear crystal or white powder.Taste slightly sweet and astringent. Its slightly soluble in water, dilute acid and glycerol, water-soluble acidic. Insoluble in alcohol. Often with 12 crystal water form [Dodecahydrate ammonium aluminum sulfate, commonly known as ammonium alum, chemical formula NH4Al (SO4) 2 · 12H2O] exists. At 120 ℃ loss of 10 molecules of crystal water, in 250 ℃ be anhydrous, above 280 ℃ decomposition. The packaging should be complete and the load should be safe. During transport to ensure that the container does not leak, do not collapse, do not fall, no damage. It is forbidden to mix and transport with oxidants, edible chemicals and so on.
