trichloroisocyanuric acid(TCAA) used for bleach clothes

When trichloroisocyanuric acid is released in water, it reacts with the conjugated bond (chromophore) of the fiber, which destroys the original conjugated system, changes the wavelength of light absorption of the fiber, and achieves the purpose of bleaching. The product is used for bleaching, not only has high bleaching efficiency, but also has much lower degree of fiber erosion than other bleaching agents. It can also improve the tensile strength and elongation of the fiber.

The optimum bleaching conditions are as follows: the concentration of the product is 0.5-2.0 g / L, ph5.6, operating temperature 70 ℃, soaking time 35-45 minutes.

1. The bleaching conditions of synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyacrylonitrile and chlorine fiber are as follows: This product is 9.3 g / L, ca2.6 g / L, NaHCO3 2.06 g / L, soaked in fibers at 20 ℃, extruded to 100% moisture absorption; after winding, it is heated by water vapor at 100 ℃, then soaked in water at 60 ℃ containing NaHSO3 8 g / L and HCI 1 ml / L for one hour, washed and dried to obtain fibers with high whiteness J.

2. Flax bleaching conditions: 5g / L, pH 5.3-5.6, 60 ℃, soaking for 50 minutes.

3. The components of laundry and home rinse are: 36 (WT)%, 25-40 (WT)%, 5 (WT)%, sodium silicate, and appropriate amount of soda ash. The amount of rinse solution is 2.5-4.5g/kg clothes.
